Challenge (New Lab Build-Out)
The client required full outfitting of a new laboratory and needed a supplier capable of providing a comprehensive ESD and static control solution, including installation and grounding.
Solution
Bench-Tek delivered a turnkey ESD solution that included fully ESD-compliant workbenches, ESD seating, and complete grounding systems. Services also included on-site placement of workstations, chair assembly, installation of ESD grounding hardware and table matting, and coordination with a qualified subcontractor to ensure proper ESD compliance.

Challenge (Mobile ESD Transportation Racks)
The client experienced inefficiencies and increased risk when transporting ESD-sensitive electronic components. Existing transportation methods were cumbersome, time-consuming, and increased the potential for damage.
Solution
Bench-Tek collaborated with the client’s engineering and operations teams to design custom mobile ESD transportation racks. The solution included ESD-safe materials, anti-static surfaces, angled shelving with backstops, smooth-rolling casters, and a structured testing and refinement process. Training was provided to ensure safe and consistent use.
